Location of the Finnish sauna

• We recommend building the Finnish sauna on a smooth concrete floor, but ideally on frost-resistant tiles that can withstand the differences between a heated and unheated sauna.

• A cold stone floor can take away the heat from the sauna and the sauna will not heat up to the correct temperature.
