product description Terrace boards iCLIP GARAPA

Garapa is becoming an increasingly popular and frequently used material in the architecture of gardens and wooden terraces. Unlike stone, it gives a warm impression and, together with a green lawn or a swimming pool, creates an inimitable combination. The color of this decking board is golden to golden-yellow with various shades. This tree comes from Brazil. It has better properties than Massaranduba and the decking boards are characterized by good stability, strength and durability. The initial leaching of the dye is manifested to a very small extent. As one of the few exotic types of wood, Garapa does not darken in the sun, so the decking boards remain beautifully and softly creamy yellow. However, over time, even with this type of wood, due to UV radiation, the color of the decking boards will change to a gray shade. A very invaluable feature of these terrace boards is that they do not release pigment. Raw wood smells like almonds. Wood has a high natural resistance. It is extremely suitable for use on terraces. Laboratory results confirmed the excellent resistance of the terrace boards to wood decay fungi. Decking boards can withstand extreme weather conditions. Wood is sensitive to cement and algae. If you decide to have a piece of exotic wood in your home, terrace boards made of Garapa wood are the right choice for use not only on the terrace.
